As of 28th of February 2025, Corti is self-certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), including the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as well as the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For more information, please read here.
Understanding the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework
The EU-U.S. DPF is a data transfer agreement between the European Union and the United States, established in 2022. Following the European Commission's adequacy decision in July 2023, the framework ensures compliance with EU standards of data protection of any flow of personal data from the EU to certified companies in the U.S.
