Build the radiology reporting workflow your department needs
Corti gives you the building blocks for dictation, reports, coding and agents. Put them together yourself and try them today.
Trusted for more than 1 million interactions every week
Problems you can solve by building on Corti
Reports that take too long to finish
Dictated findings need cleaning up, structuring and coding before they can leave the department. You can build with Speech to Text API to capture measurements and laterality as you dictate, straight into a structured report.
Prior imaging and history out of reach
The referral leaves out what the radiologist needs, and it sits across other systems. You can build with the Agentic Framework to bring prior imaging, labs and medications into the case before it opens.
Codes added after the report is signed
Codes get chased from memory, and the evidence behind them is hard to find. You can build with Medical Coding API to suggest diagnosis and procedure codes from the finished report, with the evidence.
From referral to report, built by you
Agentic Framework
Fill in what the referral leaves out
You can build an agent that pulls prior imaging, labs and medications into the case before you open it, and shows where each one came from. Your IT team connects it to your EHR and PACS.
Referral agent
Referral: pleuritic chest pain, suspected PE. What prior imaging, D-dimer and eGFR does this patient have?
Read from your EHR and PACS
The patient had a CT chest in March 2025 showing a 5 mm right upper lobe nodule. The D-dimer is 2.1 mg/L FEU and the eGFR is 74.
Speech-to-Text
Dictate in the language of radiology
You can build dictation that types as you speak, with anatomy, laterality and measurements right the first time. Add your own key terms and move through the report by voice.
CT dictation
Listening
Text Generation
Build structured reports in your own templates
Set up a template for each study, such as CT, MR or ultrasound, and your dictation fills in the structured report. You review, edit and sign every one.
CT chest report
Technique
CT pulmonary angiogram with intravenous contrast.
Findings
Filling defect in a right lower lobe segmental artery, consistent with acute pulmonary embolism. RV/LV ratio 0.9. No pleural effusion.
Impression
Generating from transcript
Medical Coding
Get codes straight from the finished report
Build a coding step that reads the finished report and suggests diagnosis and procedure codes, with the sentence behind each one. You decide what goes in the record.
Medical codes
You review every code.
Watch a doctor build a demo app
Dr. Maximilian Brand, a medical doctor at Corti, builds a demo app with Corti’s API that combines an ambient scribe with dictation. Then try it yourself.
Safe and compliant
Build on a platform made for clinical data. Audited against EU, UK and US privacy rules.
Corti is a platform, not an app you open on your screen. Its building blocks are available through an API, which is how software talks to other software.
The blocks cover enriching the referral, transcribing your dictation, writing the structured report and suggesting codes, and the systems you already use plug them in. That’s why Corti shows up inside your EHR, PACS and RIS instead of in another window. The same building blocks are open to you, so you can build your own small demos with them.
Yes. Create an account in the Corti Console with your work email and build a demo yourself. You get free credits, no card is needed and you don’t need patient data.
When you’re ready, bring Corti to your department and we’ll take it from there.
No. You can start in the Corti Console, where you can try the building blocks, build templates and set up agents, and the docs include step-by-step quickstarts and an index built for AI coding assistants.
To connect your demo to live systems you will want your IT team involved, and the email at the bottom of this page is a good way to start that conversation.
Corti is built to work inside the systems clinicians already use, not as a separate app.
Tell us which system you use. If Corti is already available there, we’ll help you switch it on. If not, we’ll reach out to your vendor about adding it.
Connecting your own demo to live systems is a job for your IT team, and they can start with docs.corti.ai.
You dictate while you read the images and Corti transcribes in real time.
Its speech recognition is built for medicine, including modality names, anatomy and measurements, and you can add your own key terms for local names or abbreviations. Voice commands move through the report hands-free.
An agent reads the referral letter and pulls out the clinical facts. Once your IT team connects your EHR, PACS or RIS, it fetches missing labs, prior imaging reports and medication lists before you start the case, and shows where each item came from.
If it finds nothing, it says so.
Yes. Start from a standard template or build your own sections and style in the Corti Console, for example a CT, MR or ultrasound report with findings, impressions and recommendations. Corti can write several documents from one dictation, such as the report and a summary for the referrer.
Corti suggests codes from the finished report and shows the evidence behind each one. It supports ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, ICD-10-UK and ICD-10 International, with CPT in beta and more national systems in development.
You stay in control of what goes into the record.
Always. Corti drafts, you review, edit and sign. It is built to assist clinicians, not replace them, so nothing reaches the record without your approval.
Corti operates zero data retention: audio, transcripts and generated text are never stored, never logged and never used for training. The platform is HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 compliant, with NHS DSPT and DTAC for UK health systems.
Data is hosted in the EU or the US with no cross-border transfer. For EU projects, inference runs on Corti-managed European infrastructure and data never leaves Europe. On-premises and dedicated deployments are available.
Everything you need to start is in the Corti Console.
