According to a recent study, 87 percent of German physicians say that documentation and bureaucracy place a significant strain on their daily work - taking time away from patient care. Introducing S3KI: real-time documentation support for everyday practice

Under the name S3KI, the two companies have developed a solution that automatically converts doctor–patient conversations into structured documentation suggestions - in real time. During a consultation, S3KI listens, analyzes the conversation, and generates a pre-structured draft of the patient note, which is then seamlessly integrated into the S3 electronic medical record. Physicians can review, adjust, and confirm the suggestions with just a few clicks.

Integrated into the S3 text module, S3KI also supports users during document creation: AI-powered speech recognition allows consistent, complete drafting of medical letters in dictation mode.

The result: shorter documentation times, more accurate billing, and more time for patients. S3KI helps create a more efficient and human-centered healthcare experience - while contributing to the ongoing digital transformation of Germany’s healthcare sector.
